Sold the house for $3000 more than list....what a relief!!! Now it should be pretty much downhill from here, if I could only get a moving company to come and give me a quote. Now I get to call and set up the closing on the house in Grand Rapids and the then the fun begins.

We are in a bidding war! At least I am on the right side of the war this time! By the way, Reuben is definately the bomb...told you so!

Sorry I haven't blogged lately. We bought a house today in Grand Rapids (by the way, if you didn't already know, I got transferred). If you want to see a picture of the new house, look at Brad's Blog (link is on the left of this page). I'm going back to Grand Rapids with my boss Monday morning to be introduced to the office. I have a big job ahead of me trying to grow the business in the Western Michigan area.

We have had two couples come through the house this weekend, The feedback from the first couple was good. They had gone through three houses and they really liked this one...they said that they will want to come back for a second look next week. No feedback from the second couple yet. I just hope we can sell this house quickly...I really don't want two house payments at the same time for too long if at all. That's it for now...I have to get up early for the three hour drive back to Grand Rapids.

I have been a little slow to post lately...sorry! I do have much to report but I had a little yard work accident today and smacked my hand with a hammer not once but several times.
